For the erection of one (1) accessory flat wall sign, one (1) accessory awning sign (no copy on the sides) and one (1) accessory door sign (20% of the total transparent glazed area of all windows and transparent glass doors on that floor) (size and location as shown in the application). Sign accessory to take out restaurant with seating as previously approved on 1st floor with all other uses as previously approved.

1st floor interior demo, interior exterior alterations and fit out for new restaurant space. Exterior signs, awning, new bathrooms, furnishings, kitchen equipment,partitions, flooring, ceiling and finishes. Upper floors vacant restricted(future co use permits required prior to occupying), separate entrances to be sealed and verified as vacant. Permit includes sign awning installation. Additional permits req: electrical, plumbing, hvac, kitchen hood and ansul. Existing sprinkler connection and main in basement, basement is sprinklered.

25 square feet, interior demolition of non load bearing walls and ceilings only. No other work allowed under this permit. No structural changes. Must maintain all code required fire rating on wall and floor ceiling assemblies. Three sets of plans drawn to professional quality are to be submitted for review and approval by the department before work on renovation starts.
