Self cert project - renovation of the first floor of an existing 2 & 3 story building for a fitness center that will serve an existing charter high school (golder college prep) located at 1454 w. Superior ave. The project shall be considered a (c-3) school use for zoning. Per cosigned letter from the building dept attached to the drawings, the project will be considered class f (mercantile) by the building department. Renovations include adding 2 new rear building entrance doors at south side of building. Interior construction of fitness rooms, toilet showers, offices, and storage rooms. 2 new rtus installed on roof of existing building. Incidental work only in basement, 2nd, and 3rd floors. As per plans. (subject to audit & field inspection)
