For exterior & interior alterations within an existing high rise building. Alterations affect the lobby entrance area leading to the residential area only. All work shall comply with the approved plans. This work activity shall be performed by a licensed contractor.

Interior plumbing alterations on the 1st floor, space #2 for a sit-down restaurant - fixture equipment piping will comply with tables p-506, p-811. 2 & p-904. 7 of the philadelphia plumbing code 2004 - equipment water supplies will be protected against backflow by a method listed in table 608. 1 of the 2009 international plumbing code - note: a separate permit is required for the fuel gas piping - see administrative permit #681734 to show piping configuration changes to the original approved plans

Install light fixtures, receptacles, panels, lighting control, hvac feeds, empty conduits & remove reinstall fire alarm devices.

Temporary installation of emergency replacement fire pump on the latimer st. Sidewalk at the rear of the building to allow continuation of fire protection while existing pump is repaired or replaced (approx duration 2-4 weeks). Temporary pump to have equivalent characteristics to original pump, shall supply the pressure and flow mandated by the 2007 philadelphia building code, nfpa 13, and nfpa 14, and shall be installed per npfa 20.(streets dept permit #2008-03678 for temporary sidewalk closure)
