I will have a constructed dragon with me as well as a large red balloon and a labrador puppy. I have contacted the boston police department and have permission to be on boylston street as long as i keep moving which i will do. We hope to involve many young people ages 10-29 to do art work and create street dances theatre murals hip-hop music speeches teaching forums and other forms of art entertainment and educational interaction to get our young people involved in the "green revolution" for boston america and the world. The police have informed me that i need your approval in order to get a temporary parking permit for my light pickup truck. I greatly appreciate your help and assistance in this matter.
