This building permit is to revise the existing building permit number b1212844, which should reflect the total number of purposed dwelling units as per the dcra approved plans as 86. The correct total number of dwelling units is 89, three of which were converted at basement level.

Erect access tower scaffold on private property at west elevation of flat roof. Remove existing flat roof membrane and metal flashing on flat roof of addition south of church. Haul debris from premises. Install new flat roof membrane and all new metal flashing where needed. Any structural rafter work to be done by others. All work to remain in kind. No work on pitched roofs visible from the ground.

Foundry umc - permit revision to b-1512446. Lower level kitchen - new double oven, range, hood, refrigerator & freezer to replace the same existing, outdated equipment. New dropped ceiling grid with scrubable ceiling tile and new kitchen-rated 2x4 light fixtures. New hood has new grease exhaust ductwork that travels up through an existing shaft, through the attic and through the roof with an exhaust fan. Make up air is also provided in the kitchen to bring it up to code, also via ductwork through existing shaft and inlet on roof. Gear room l36 due to major piping and ductwork conflicts, door -l24b no longer fit and had to be removed, leaving l24a and the existing door direct to the outside. Upper level elevator shaft and vestibule u new ventilation shaft with fire damper above ceiling with 2 new linear diffusers to provide ventilation to the elevator shaft.
