Driveway access apron must be constructed in accordance with detail 3. 15 from the city of asheville standard specifications manual. (sent to applicant) 4. Inspector must be called 48 hours prior to pouring of the driveway access apron for an inspection of the forms. 5. Inspector for this project is john fly and he can be reached at redacted phone number (office) or redacted phone number (cell). 6. Total width cannot exceed 25 wide at the edge of the roadway. This measurement includes the radius. 7. Radius must be no greater than 42 (3. 5 feet). 8. There will be one entrance constructed. 9. Culvert may be required for positive drainage across the property. 10. If site falls out of compliance for any of the agencys stated above, the project stands the chance of having a notice of violation issued against the project t o shutting down the job and retracting the approval for the land disturbance. Please stay in compliance. 2. If any of the minimum best management practices fail to adequately keep sedimentation or stormwater on the site, it shall be the responsibility of the professional designer of record to supply the contractor/owner with a correction, as well as submit correction to the stormwater/erosion control office for approval. 3. Slopes that exceed 2:1, require a engineer design for stability. 4. Inspector assigned to this project is john fly and they can be reached at redacted phone number (office) or redacted phone number (cell). The inspector must be called when the erosion control measures are installed, but before any grading can occur.
