Install 100amp service and panel,rewire two bedrooms, 4 hi hats in master bed, 1 ceiling fan in 2nd bedroom, 2 hi hats in livingroom, 2 hi hats in dining room and 4 in kitchen, all outlets switches and gfci installed with smoke detectors and carbon monoxide as per 2008 nec (north district)
