Kitchen and bathroom wiring upgrade in unit 4c

The class a-2 4th floor property at 1448 n. Lake shore drive unit 4c is an existing 2,317 square foot residential condo unit. Renovations to the condo include minor demolition to partitions, doors, millwork, finished flooring, lighting, and plumbing fixtures. New work includes minor flooring, drywall, millwork, electrical, and light fixtures will be installed.
