Abutting sidewalk must be closed with fencing a minimum of 6 in height. Separate streets department permit required for sidewalk closure. A separate permit is required for any additional alterations that are not specifically addressed on case #472897. Contact streets department for dumpster permit and footway closure permits. Separate permit required for renovation

For the complete demolition of an existing attached structure to comply imminently dangerous condition, in accordance with code bulletin b-1302r. Pedestrian protection to be provided in accordance to b-3306. Sidewalk closure permit to be secured for any closure of the right-of-way.
