Install 2x4 interior partitions sheetrock throughout to create new bedrooms and bathroom, ceilings included. Insulate exterior walls with r-13 or r-19. Install new kitchen cabinets countertops, tile, carpets, moulding and interior doors. Separate permits required for plumbing, electrical and hvac. Applicant agrees to limit construction to comply with ez permit standard dated february, 2007. Deviation from this standard will result in the revocation of this permit and the imposition of further penalties.
