The proposed scope of work involves the non-structural interior demolition of an existing two story bar space. The scope of work is limited to the interior only and falls under 1000sf. The scope of work includes the removal of existing radiators, window a c units, light fixutres, finish wood flooring and in some cases subflooring for structural assessment, removal of a few non structural interior partitions, and the removal of existing built-in furniture and finish pieces.
