Remove underground storage tank-vacant commercial perform a confirmatory soil sampling of surrounding soil. Contigency plan in place in the case contaminated soils discovered. All work completed in accordance with padep ust removal guidelines. Epa certification & closure report to be submitted to inspector.

Kitchen upgrades, gfci receptacles, exhaust fan, relocate switch bank, neon lighting fixtures, out side recessed lights in outside over hang, 2 amp service upgrade as per 2008 nec (east district)

Replace wc,hand sink,and a 3 compartment sink with no additional piping,replace hot water heater. The installation will comply with the philadephia plubming code 2004

Rewire service entrance cable and (3) general lights and (8)receptacles per 2008 nec (resturant)

Wiring up 800amp 3 phase service and elevator and 4 sub panels. Only per 2008 nec (fitness ctr)east district

For alterations to an existing structure to include relocation of doorways, installation of new accessible service counter and window, interior wall ceiling finishing, roof assembly replacement, and installation of steel bollards on site. (iebc 2009, compliance path: work-area method, level iii) separate permits required for electrical, plumbing, mechanical, and kitchen hood exhaust installations.
