Includes completion of previously permitted cellar excavation work - ref: permit d1100340, 8/16/2011. Also includes base building mpe upgrades. Reconstruction to original building footprint, and dimensions, only. No change to original lot occupancy, building shape, or height. No work in public space. Interior tenant build-out not included. Capacity placard (44 max) for first floor.

Revise issued building permit b1305683, dated 8/5/13 to construct new, elevated, replacement easement walkway, steps, and guardrails in rear yard, install new metal security grate over rear yard window well, raise side wall ad rear wall parapet heights and revise roof slope for storm drainage, parge exposed side wall surfaces per original permit requirement, replace four new front 2nd floor windows to match o.
