Install non baring partitions to create two bathrooms. Separate permits for hvac electrical and plumbing required. Applicant agrees to limit construction to ez permit standard. 2x4 interior partitions sheetrock throughout 1st,2nd and third floors to create new bedrooms and bathroom,ceilings included. Insulate all exterior walls with r-13 or r-19. Install new kitchen cabinets countertops,tile,carpets moulding,interior doors. Separate permits required for electrical,plumbing and hvac.
