New construction permit

Foundation only for new detached multi-family dwelling as per approved plans. Separate permits required for remainder of new construction

For the erection of a detached structure ( 45 high) for a multi-family household living ( 49 dwelling units) including with fifty -three(53) dwelling units including with three(3) accessible spaces and seventeen(17) bicycle spaces ( should be in an accessible route). Size and location as shown in the application.

For a multi-family household living ( dwelling units) as previously approved structure.

For the erection of a modular structure for use as fifty (50) family dwellings, with all units being a type b unit with the exception of one type a unit (apt#105). Modular strucure to be sprinklered in accordance with nfpa 13 with standpipes located in each exit enclosure. Plans previously approved by pfs under the pennsylvania industrialize housing act. All work to be done per approved plans. If field conditions vary contact design engineer prior to the start of any work. Please see ap#730709 for previously approved foundation with accessory forms. Separate permits required for mechanical, electrical, plumbing and fire suppression work. A covered walkway or sidewalk closure shall be required within 12 feet of the building facade in accordance with section 3306 of the 2009 ibc. Separate building and or streets department permit required prior to the start of any work.
