Must contact steve snyder of engr dept 48 hours prior to drive entrance construction @ redacted phone number. Drive entrance construction is required prior to issuance of certificate of occupancy. End traffic engineering ; ok per gaynell brigman; ok per richard bass; front setbacks to be measured from the existing right of way line. Side and rear setbacks are to be measured from property lines. Setbacks also apply to porches, decks, etc.; building review comments the approved plans with the review checklist and review comments are required to be on the jobsite for use by the field inspector(s).
