Bathroom remodel - second floor bathroom removing the wall, all new fixtures (water closet, sink and shower), flooring. In master bathroom demo all wall surfaces, remove wall and all new fixtures (tub, sink, fans, lights, flooring and shower) (bldg, plbg, mech, elec)

Window replacement - r r 31 windows, - 9 windows like for like, size for size, wood for wood, 22 windows, like for like, size for size, wood for aluminum clad.

Remodel and addition of existing basement. Converting unconditioned space into 1,741 sq. Ft. Of conditioned space. Excavating 15 inch below current basement level to achieve a ceiling height of 8-2" at new basement level. Add (2) new window wells at new bedroom #1 and #2 for egress. Add (8) new windows. Replace (e) basement access stairs - (2) ext. And (1) int. W additional risers to meet the new 8-2" clg. Ht. New gas insert at basement and at main floor level. New gas lines for the entire house. Existing earthquake shut-off value. New bathroom #1 w new fixtures, lights, wiring and switches. New closets. New enclosed utility room w wh and furnance. Convert storage space into family room.
