Remove and replace 314- lavatories

Hvac, to include ductwork and mechanical equipment, exhaust fan and installations of kitchen hood with associated ductwork,as per plans. (8) registers diffusers

Installation of a commercial kitchen exhaust system, including one type i kitchen hood in accordance with plans approved under ap #660929.

Relocate (10) existing sprinkler heads in order to accommodate tenant layouts as per nfpa no. 13 and all local codes. No changes to exterior. No work alterations to windows or doors.

Install 1 speaker strobe, 3 fire alarm modules, 2 fire alarm relays, and 1 duct detector with remote test switch per nfpa 72 (hotel)cc district

For the insatallation and modifications of an existing hvac system to include the commercial kitchen exhaust system. Separate permit is required for the automatic fire extinguishing system. All work shall comply with the approved plans.

Relocate 28 sprinkler heads on 1st floor to accomodate tenant ceiling and wall layout

Add 8 speaker strobes for ada rooms, replace 8 speaker strobes with new and 4 booster panels as nfpa-72(hotel)(cc dist)

Exterior wall repairs, marble panel stabilization, precast panel replacement, railing repairs, flashing & water proofing repairs, as indicated per plans. Installation of hoisting equipment to be approved by registered engineer. Phc historical staff to review masonry samples in filed for approval. Any future engineered sidewalk shelter platform installation requires streets department approval and sidewalk shelter permit for location, duration.

Alterations to existing fitness center within existing hotel

Provide alterations to existing fitness center within existing hotel as follows:replace relocate (26) light fixtures,relocate (3) existing light fitures, install (6) 1 volt circuits and (9) duplex receptacles, as per 2008 nec (cc dist)

Install 2- 3 4" backflow preventor on domestic water feeding new wash down hood in lobby. Of ritz carlton this is an isolation device as per p-806. 1. 1 - the installation will comply with the phildelphia plumbing 2004

Mechanical work, to include ductwork and installation of fan coil units as per plans.

Provide new electrical to include light fixtures,devices,branch wiring and phone catv per 2008 nec (hotel) install fire alarm devices per nfpa 72

For level ii alterations to the lobby of an existing hotel. Alterations to include the relocation of existing bar area, alterations to wall and floor assemblies and provide finishes throughout. All work to be done per approved plans. If field conditions vary contact design professional prior to the start of any work. Separate permits required for mechanical, electrical, plumbing and fire suppression work.

Flashing and waterproofing repairs to an existing hotel at the fourth and fifth floor levels per plans approved by the philadelphia historical commission. Protection of right-of-way, pedestrians, vehicular traffic and adjacent properties required at all times. Separate permits required for sidewalk shelter platforms.

Installation of fa devices,1 speaker strobe,4 co detectors,6 modules,2 booster panels and install 120v power to booster panels per 2008 nec & nfpa 72 (hotel)

Furnish and install (3) open site drain, (2) floor sinks and (1) floor drain with trap primer. Provide labor and material to make final connections to kitchen and bar equipment. Connect to existing sanitary, vent and domestic water (hotel)

Install 4 speaker strobe devices, relay door holder devices per nfpa72 and install 3 exit signs located on the 2nd floor and exit sign on the concourse level as per 2008 nec (cc district)

Repair and replace camera systems and cabling low voltage upgrade analog camera system to digital system per 2008 nec (hotel)

Furnish and install (3) shower drains with ada diverters. Reset (1) water closets and (11) lavatories. Connect to existing sanitary, vent and domestic water (hotel)the installation will comply with the philadelphia plumbing code 2004
