Masonry front wall - remove existing 2 story front masonry wall. Replace with new 4 inch brick and 4 inch masonry wall, on existing foundation. Windows and door same location & shall comply with the 2009 international energy efficiency code, u factor of . 35, and with emergency egress standards as per irc. New door opening for 36 inch door. Horizontal reinforcement (durawall) every 24 inches. Install returns into party walls for structural connection, two at each floor level. Flash and seal roof to new front.
