Install recepts, switches, outlets and 5 hvac units. All work done in accordance with 2008 nec. No fa, communication or electrical service on this permit. Installation to comply with article 210. 8(b)(2).

Install 6 ceremonial hs,9 floor drains,3 ms,1 hs,1-3 compartment,6 lav,6 wc,1 urinal,1 water heater(water to fixtures) (comm ctr office bldg)

Installation of new fire pump, backflow assembly, standpipe to roof and tie into existing standpipe. Installation of new sprinkler system for basement, 1st and 2nd floors assembly fire area. Nfpa 13, 6" fire service line. Partial building sprinklered.

Amend permit #407177 for reconfiguration of plans for basement-community center as per sealed submiteed revised plans. Call the inspector prior to making changes.

Level existing floor and create new bearing for existing beam by installing beam header and new joists and reinforce existing masonry wall as per plans.

Revise amend prior permit ap407177. Show new fire barrier separation of 2nd floor to upper floors creating 2 separate fire areas as per plan and performance testing submittal, revise basement layout. Building partially sprinklered only basement, 1st and 2nd floors(see sprinker permit ap438405. Amend to change contractor. New co and lo, also indicating sprinkler locations. Additional permits req: electrical, plumbing, hvac, sprinklers.

Revise permit number 428959 to include basement system.

Provide electrical distrib and fixtures in bsmt area for storage bathrooms kitchens fire pump lights and power. Install components for new 3 phase power svc to bldg as per 2008 nec (community ctr)

Rennovations to an existing office building to create a new community center as per submitted sealed plans. Fire rated assemblies are required to be maintained at all times. Plumbing, electrical, mechanical, and fire suppression work requires additional permits. Call the inspector prior to starting work.
