Renovations to single family res.... No new 2nd kitchen.. Renovating the existing kitchen with new cabinetry, counter tops, tile backsplash, appliances, plumbing fixtures, and electrical upgrades. Minor modification to the half bath laundry room and adding upper cabinetry.
