Swr july 3 2014; based on phone conversation with the applicant the driveway to the proposed new building is pre-existing. He says there are two cuts on each side of the existing home. One to the left of the home can be seen in google street maps. But best i can tell there is no google street maps photo evidence of an actual driveway cut on the right side.
