Construction staging area

Dccr project proposes to excavate two shallow pits (nebbv, nebbv-2) for the purpose of utility location on the sidewalk along the southbound parking lane of flagler pl. Nw approximately 35 feet south of adams st nw. The pits will be approximately 1 foot in diameter and less than feet deep. The pits will be excavated using soft dig techniques (air knife and vacuum extraction). The work time to complete the excavations will be approximately 3 days and will require the full work time of 7am -7pm. The work zone will require a pedestrian detour; however parking meters or trees will not be impacted.

Dccr project proposes to drill 2 geotechnical borings, nebbd-53e and nebbd-54e, located east of 136 adams st. Nw in the northbound and southbound parking lanes of flagler st. Nw, approximately feet south of adams st. Nw. The borings will be approximately 2 inches diameter and feet deep and will take up to one week to 2 days to complete. Dccr projects is requesting an extended work time of 7am to 7pm. The work will not impact sidewalks, pedestrians, parking meters or trees.
