No occupied structures within the safety zone of the structure. Pedestrian protection to be in place prior to start of work and to be maintained during all demolition activities. A covered walkway or sidewalk closure shall be required within 5 ft of building facade in accordance with section 3306 of the ibc. Separate building and or streets department permits are required.
