Sprinkler system required throughout each building. Separate permits required for fire suppression systems (automatic sprinklers and standpipe) and any mechanical, electrical or plumbing work. Installation of a 4" fire service, an electric fire pump, and an automatic fire sprinkler system (per nfpa 13) @ 1st and 2nd floors (restaurant occupancy) and basement (mechanical space). Separate sprinkler permit required for residential portions of building.

Installation of buckeye fire suppression systems for hood area. Kitchen hood permit issued under ap#430494.

Installation of a 26 wide kitchen hood, ductwork and fans as per plan. See ap#4304 for fire suppression permit.

Plumbing alterations in an existing sit-down restaurant (toasted walnut) - fixture equipment piping will comply with tables p-506, p-811. 2 & p-904. 7 of the philadelphia plumbing code 2004 - the existing grease traps can be reused per section a-203. 2 of the administrative code - a copy of the service record for the cleaning of the grease traps is attached as an "ole" file

Install channel letter sign as shown on submitted plan.

Add one 100amp 2 phase meter and 100a disconnect switch for the tire pump motor per 2008 nec (commercial)

Install two 2 ton heat pump system with ductwork on 3rd floor. Install two 3 ton heatpump system with ductwork on 4th floor (condensors on roof)

Coating the 1st floor surrounding to match the color of the above limestone facade. Spot point the 2nd floor limestone, patch holes in limestone on 2nd floor facade. Work to be done according to plan approved by historical commission and city planning commission.
