Misc electric for installing new 8 amp house meter for entire building (replacing 4 amp service) installing 3 new subpanels in starbucks suite(4 amp service) and 8 empty conduits for future signs for starbucks. (starbucks doing their own signs and electrical for said structures) 4-2-2015 permit renewed at 25% of current fees. Must have valid inspection with 1 calendar days. Vam

Misc electrical for "starbucks" to add 2 new 20a, 120v circuits

(9) signs for starbucks: 5 ground menu board direction signs, resurface mounment panel, and 3 wall signs

Comm ti -- add 44 lf of demising wall to create 2 suites (existing suite is bank of so. Calif & is 1455 sqft; new suite has no tenant at this time & is 18 sqft). Also, removing 45 sqft of the new suite area & adding 32 sqft to new suite, removing lft of interior partitions; 4 sqft trellis; add ramp up to drive-thru window; new 3 sqft covered trash enclosure. New monument sign. No epm at this time. Note: new suite to become a starbucks; full ti to be done on a separate permit.
