Scope of work limited to removal and replacement of storefront along restaurant tenant at 1314 u street. Note: reference permit number b1611882. Description of work as follows: revise b1412149. This permit amendment scope is to remove two demising walls in the first floor restaurant spaces to establish one larger restaurant space. This permit amendment reserves one hundred feet plus one half inch linear frontage in square 237 on the south side of the 13 block of u street nw between 13th and 14th streets nw as an eating establishment.

This work consists of renovation of new tenant space on the ground floor of 1314 u street nw for use as a restaurant, bar, associated kitchen and storage. This work includes but is not limited to, construction of new non-structural leveling slab, partition construction, new mechanical, electrical, and plumbing equipment, new lighting fixtures and kitchen equipment, new finishes throughout, new exterior lighting, marquee and awnings.
