Lu - at an existing recreational school athletic field, add field lighting in the form of qty. 4 poles of 70- height with full cutoff led fixtures, convert existing grass surface to synthetic turf, convert existing aggregate running track surface to rubberized track surfacing, and convert existing tennis court paving to synthetic turf. The project involves a total of approximately 6,400cy of cut and fill earthwork. New subsurface drainage will be installed under the field and track and select perimeter areas. Other incidental work includes pedestrian paving, steps, fencing, site furnishings. The project occurs across adjoining parcels owned by the seattle public schools and city of seattle department of parks and recreation. Both owners are jointly developing the project, with seattle public schools assuming the lead.
