1)to establish an interim construction staging area to accommodate grading and the future construction of tracks and supporting structures for the lynnwood link extension light rail project on one parcel along the east side of 5th ave ne, between ne 131st pl and ne 145th st. The staging area is on parcel 17876000 (13126 5th ave ne) will commence as soon as necessary permit approvals are in place and the contractor has been issued a notice to proceed (ntp) and is ready to mobilize. It is estimated that the construction staging area would stay in operation for approximately five years, throughout the completion of the light rail facilities and final installation and testing of the follow-on finishes and systems contracts, prior to revenue start up service. 2)excavation and grading of a total of approximately cubic yards for general site grading, prior to light rail facility construction.
