Place 1-4x4x4 above net manhole. Place 24 of 2-4" conduits from (prop. Above net manhole) to (ex. Verizon manhole #6032) at intersection of 13th st and h street nw. This project will require that a saw cut be made at the construction area and to excavate to the required depth to make the repair, then to start back filling with a dry, clean fill in 8 inch lifts. They will use a vibratory tamper on each lift. At sub grade they will use 30 psi concrete and vibrate the concrete. Under no circumstances will the open area be left open at night but will be steel plated and filled with temporary asphalt to have a smooth transition to the street. Restore fully in kind any disturbed roadway to match existing finish condition. All work will adhere to all dc guidslines, standards and specifications.

Place 1-6x4x3. 5 abovenet manhole. Place 34 of 2-4" conduits from (prop. Abovenet manhole) to (ex. Verizon manhole #535). Place 197 of 1-6" conduit from (prop. Abovenet manhole) to (prop. Abovenet manhole). Place 1-4x4x4 abovenet manhole. Plave of 1-4 conduit from (prop. Abovenet manhole) to (ex. Verizon manhole #4719). The applicant needs to provide safety for the pedestrians traffic around work area, the alley vehicular traffic flow needs to be maintained, if at any time during this work it is required that alley be temporary closed the applicant should coordinate with property owners and fire department. All excavation backfill and compaction work must be done in accordance with ddot specification. All tree protection and preservation measures must be followed, as per ddot standards, for any trees in the work zone.
