Replace 2 storms traps

Remove and replace existing roofing with a new seam copper roof. No work to front dormers. No panning or refacing. Erect scaffolding-no to exceed six months. Install new roof cover as per manufacturers specifications. . New roof coverings shall not be installed without first removing all existing layers when the roof has two or more applications of any type of roof covering. Submit roof certification to inspector for final inspection.

Replace basement window and security frame. Historical approval recd as per unkefer sketch 10-18-06

Of sidewalk protection

Erection of a sidewalk shelter platform as per engineered plans. Streets department permit is required for sidewalk closure prior to the start work.

For removal of copper roof over protruding bay and reinstall new copper as per historical commission approval, per attached annotated photo.
