One 60-foot soil boring just outside the building on the sidewalk near the existing starbucks store. The existing sidewalk pavers will be removed to allow for drilling and the sidewalk will be closed to pedestrian traffic during the work. Public utility clearance will be performed, and soft digging techniques utilizing a vacuum truck in the upper few feet to help ensure that no utilities exist at the proposed boring location. All soil cutting brought to the surface will collected and placed within one 55-gallon drum for disposal by others. The drillhole will be grouted upon completing of drilling for the full length. Standard penetration testing will be performed at 5-foot intervals down to the top of bedrock. Rock coring will be performed for a total estimated length of feet.
