For level ii alterations to the first floor of an existing building for use as a four family dwelling. Building is fully sprinklered. All work to be done per approved plans. If field conditions vary contact design professional prior to the start of any work. Separate permits required for all other work.

For the amendment of ap#568747 to change layout in basement floor level as shown per approved plans. All work to be done per approved plans. Original application approved for level ii alterations to the first floor of an existing building for use as a four family dwelling. Building is fully sprinklered. Interior demo of portions of flooring, fireplaces and flues as indicted. New exterior roof & portions with sheathing, exterior alterations and replace restoration existing bay window in kind, replace existing windows,exterior facade repairs and upgrades. Building to be fully sprinklered . Additional permits req: electrical,plumbing, hvac, sprinklers and 1st floor fit out co for phase two future 2 residential units.
