Cut the existing roof membrane per manufacturers requirements. Mechanically fasten new high-density polyisocyanurate. Fully adhere ne mill pvc membrane. Finish and install new hand rails and coping cap to match the original.

Drywall framing patching act flooring electrical

Addition of three voice data locations totalling six cables.

Wire and install 12 tel data outlets on the 2nd floor.

2nd floor tentant build out in commercial space kitchen sink and water heater

Electrical low voltage

Demise existing space approximately 1 5 square feet of office area.

Replace two existing gas fired boilers- new boilers to be lochinvar crest condensing boilers fbn 1501 (15 mbh)

Build demising walls in first floor office space with new hallway.; upgrading bathrooms for handicap access and use.;

Scope of work consists of architectural finishes and hvac work for wave life science on the 1st floor.

Replace 9 toilets. Replace 4 sinks. Replace 4 faucets.

Disconnect feeds to existing cubicals. Reconnect at new location. Add 4 new cubical section feeds.

Run a new 4" gas line to the rooftop generator

Install 12 ddc thermostats install low voltage controls to 1-vav box 1- fan powered box

Interior partition rebuild install passageway door

Install lab sink and eyewash

Replace existing boilers

Installation of a new 150kw generator.

Reworking existing fire alarm horn/strobe devices in office space.

Install a security system

Installation of (2) electric room smoke detectors and (1) monitor module.
