For the installation of a new hvac system throughout a library as shown in approved plans. Work to include new appliances, registers diffusers, exhausts, fans, and all supplemental ductwork. Separate permit required for proposed structural modifications to support new system

Remove existing generator,ats, panels & emergency lighting. Install new generator, ats, panels and emergency lighting & exit signs as per 2008 nec

Installation of a 25 k gas backup generator on the roof of the bldg. Installation will include structural steel dunnage to support new generator per plan.

Tear off existing roof and replace with a new 1 2" securock mechanincally fasten to the deck, a base sheet in hot asphalt, 1. 5" insulation in hot asphalt, 1 2" perlite board in hot asphalt, smooth modified bitumen base sheet in hot asphalt, a granular modified bitumen, cap sheet in hot asphalt, and a . 0 pvc membrane adhered with bonding adhesive, furnished wit a 20yr warranty and all proper flashings and metal edging. Separate permit reqd for any roof framing work.
