Shoreline exemption request to repair a sinkhole on elliott bay trail.

City light is replacing five (5) wood utility poles located in the right of way planting strip between the parking area the elliot bay trail. Two (2) of the poles to be replaced were removed from the site due to structural failure. New poles will be located within 1-2 ft of current pole locations. Poles will be replaced with new poles of the same height, 1- 55 and 4- 40. Work will include pole removal, digging in the new location, and line work above-ground.
