For a certificate of occupancy (no work) for a take-out restaurant on the first floor of an existing building. Separate permits required for mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.

First floor vacant and second floor for use as a single family. C. O. Required for 2nd floor prior to occupying.

Interior renovations, upgrades to finishes, new partitions to 2nd floor prior existing dwelling unit and vanilla box alterations for ground level existing commercial space current vacant (future tenant requires use permit, fit out and certificate of occupancy permit prior to occupying), remove and install new 2 hour fire rated separations at floor ceiling and stair enclosure, replace existing doors and windows with no new openings. Additional permits req: electrical, plumbing, hvac. Comply with issued violation.
