For the installation of an automatic fire suppression system throughout a mixed-use structure in accordance with nfpa 13 and 13r standards. System to be provided with a backflow prevention assembly and serviced via a 2" fire service main line.

For the erection of a three-story attached mixed-use structure with business & professional office at the first floor and two (2) dwelling units above. Building shall be fully sprinklered. Separate permits required for mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire suppression systems. No dwelling unit to be located on the first floor or basement as per 14-602(4)(a) of the zoning code.
