No building or structure reviewed for approved. Swr november 14, 2006 3:18:17 pm stuartr ; received application and site plans. Gave to marie britt for review. November 10, 2006 12:53:55 pm loliver; setbacks along street right of ways must be measured from the street right of way line or the street, whichever is closest to the property. All other setbacks are to be measured from the property boundary lines. Setbacks also apply such items as porches, decks, patios, etc. This permit is issued based on information provided by the applicant as to matters of title to the property involved. The city has undertaken no examination of title and this permit may not be construed as an opinion of title.
