Remove and install new walls and new 3 piece shower stall 34x48 remove and install new moen posi-temp shower valve in basement shower. Remove and install all new waste piping for both upstairs bath rooms. Remove cast iron replace with pvc. Rebuild upstairs two handle tub shower faucet install new hand held shower valve and transfer valve in basement shower. Install new hot and cold water lines with new cpvc water pipe for entire house. Install new waste piping under basement sink and kitchen sink. Replace 1 ball valve for sprinkler system. Repair and paint all drywall that will be removed to perform said work above. Install new tiles in front of shower in basement approx. 5 tiles. Install 9 new floor tiles around basement floor drain. Relocate water softener to corner of bathroom. Install all new emergency shutoffs under all fixtures and excusion
