For level ii alterations to the existing mechancial system throughout the building. Alterations to include the installation of registers, diffusers and appliances with associated ductwork. All work to be done per approved plans. If field conditions vary contact design engineer prior to the start of any work. Separate permits required for all other work.

Ez interior demolition - for the interior demolition of non load-bearing partition walls and ceilings as per attached standard. Deviations from this standard will result in permit revocation and require submission of construction plans. Work to include the removal of existing non-structural concrete slab on grade in basement level. Separate permits required for mechanical - the removal of ductwork and electrical - the removal of electrcal branch circuits.

Install 1 transformer,1 panel,wire new boiler,install lighting and receptacles per 2008 nec (museum)cc district

Install 6 heat detectors, 3 horn strobes onto existing system as per nfpa72 (cc district)

Install an ada chair lift at the burns street entrance and enter into 1st floor hallway. Install ada compliant bathroom on 2nd floor at west end of building. Historical staff to review window shop drawing & masonry paint removal sample for approval. Separate permit reqd for canopy installation @ burns st & any elec. & plumb. Work.

Studio renovations to hamilton building, floor boxes and lighting upgrades and branch circuiting as per 2008 nec (cc district)

Interior alterations, llighting upgrade and wiring of devices as per 2008 nec - add 2 strobe units, 1 smoke detector, replace 1 pull stqation and 1 smoke detector as per nfpa72 (cc district)

Ez permit sprinkler relocation (nfpa 13)- for the relocation of sprinkler heads as per attached standard. Deviations from this standard will result in permit revocation and require submission of construction plans. (relocate 8 sprinkler heads)

Shelter platform permit- erection of a sidewalk shelter platform as per engineered plans. Streets department permit required for sidewalk closure prior to the start of work.

Adding on fire alarm strobe device in the lobby and connecting to existing nearby devices. Adding one booster panel and one addressable relay to supplement existing siemes fire control panel
