Scope involves the renovation and repair of an existing apartment building. Scope includes replacement of basement ceiling & installation of new insulation. 1st floor removal and replacement of interior wall and ceiling finishes, new paint and new insulation. 2nd floor (both apartments) scope includes removal and replacement of interior wall and ceiling finishes, new paint and new wall and ceiling insulation, new electrical, plumbing, hvac, plumbing and new doors.
