To amend permit number 638592. To change unit 08 and 108 from storage to dwelling units. An accessible route is not required to unit 08 and 108 per accessibility advisory board. See ap 638592 for lawful occupancy signs.

Interior demolition as per plans. Complete change in use and occupancy classification. Level iii interior alterations to include new elevator pit with associated elevator, structural framing work, exterior wall openings and infills, upgrades to finishes, new non load bearing partitions, interior light building envelope work, type a and type b dwelling units, ada ramp and exterior stairs to grade, and all other work as per approved plans. Asbestos abatement required prior to commencement of work. Separate permit required for mep and fire suppression work. Entire building to be sprinklered per nfpa 13 and equipped with standpipe system no additions on the permit.
