Removal of a 19 addition, containing 2 dwelling units, located on the east side of residence and entry vestibule located on south side of residence, infill of opening on remaining portion of building, containing 2 retained dwelling units, installation of siding matching existing. Any subsequent additions and or remodels shall be subject to compliance with adopted codes including but not limited to the boulder revised code, 1981 and adopted building codes. No reliance on any non-conformities removed through this permit is retained for future permits.

Remodel and addition to multifamily building. Two existing units will be completely remodeled. Two additional units removed under separate permit will be built back. Units a & d (remodeled) will have one bedroom and bath in basement. The main levels of these units will contain the kitchen, living room, dining room, and one bath. The second floors will contain two bedrooms and one bath. Unit b will have three bedrooms and two baths on the basement level, and will also have the kitchen, living and dining rooms, and one bath on the main level. Unit c will have kitchen, dining and living rooms, and one bath on the second level, as well as having three bedrooms and two baths on the third level.
