Minor interior tenant improvements of 1,4 s. F. To existing church within an existing suite. Changing from offices to classroom. Suite is one story. Entire building nfpa 13 sprinklered and of type iii steel construction and noncombustible framing. Alteration acceptable no exterior work or conversion in flood zone work will consist of simply extending two interior non-load bearing, non-rated walls, new carpet, painting, and acoustical ceiling tile ceilings. One ada water closet to be installed. One exterior egress door to be installed. Hvac, electrical panel, and plumbing service are existing from current suite.
