Convert (3) existing manual dry standpipes to automatic dry standpipe, new fire pump & backflow preventer

Installation, upgrades to hvac system, including installation of new gas fired 12. Ton rtu, associated mechanicals, new ductwork, heat pump, diffusers, as per plans and schedule for gym fitness area.

Remove existing roof down to concrete deck, install new 5 8" densdeck roof board and new 0 epdm roof to watertight conditions. Ez permit re-roofing- for the installation of new roof coverings on exiting roofs as per attached standard. Deviations from this standard will result in permit revocation and require submission of construction plans.

Existing notifier facp to replace existing gamewell head end,replace all conventional detectors and pull stations with new addressable devices, existing speakers and fire phone jacks to be connected to new amplifiers and zone modules as per nfpa-72
