Adding screened-in porch to existing deck ( 21 x 6), includes roof and railings. This permit will replace existing permit of same work - former contractor (07-2344) has been released by homeowner.; zoning site plan permit application approved for deck addition to right rear portion and screen in rear deck on existing single family home.
