Suite 101: permit for grease ducting in existing mechanical shaft from first floor to penthouse level for a new restaurant tenant finish (bartaco) submitted under pmt2016-04317. Ducting to be welded with two layers of fire wrap and will be supported in shaft with steel.

Suite 101: interior tenant finish (4763 sqft) for a new restaurant (bartaco) on the ground floor and northwestern corner of 1048 pearl st. Scope will include modification to patio and storefront per his2016-00202 and adr2016-00195. 01 19 2017 scope of work updated - additional patio details included. Deleted (2) overhead doors, west elevation, and removed a portion of the handrailing along the western storefront. 2 21 2017 - scope updated: plans have been modified to remove the patio & railing from the scope of work.
