June 11, 2013 5:18:23 pm pamk. Rswo, complaint, anonymous, a pod storage unit was delivered and placed in the street. Citizen concerned about emergency vehicles being able to respond. Pjk; june 12, 2013 4:09:05 pm russellb. A pod storage container is parked partially in the street in front of 104 kingsgate road. The street is approximately 17 feet, 9 inches wide. One corner of the container occupies approximately 5 feet, 6 inches of the street width, leaving approximately 12 feet, 3 inches clearance. The presumed occupant of the house at 104 kingsgate road approached me and, after i identified myself and my position with the city, began to curse about the neighbor and present an angry attitude toward me. I asked him to stop and he continued. I immediately got in the truck and called joe chennault. The person returned to the house with no further incident. June 12, 2013 4:58:03 pm pamk.
