Construction of electrical rooms in the basement

Hvac install 18 units to a residential & commercial bldg. Work to include the installation of 18 electric heat pumps, 2 on the first floor; and 4 on the 2nd, 3rd, 4th, and 5th. No common area conditioning,outside air provided through openable windows in accordance with section m-402. All equipment and ductwork installed below fire rated assembly (no membrane penetrations) and all equipment less than 2,0 cfm. Permit includes ductwork and kitchen and toilet exhaust.
